A Note on Shipments

Living in a remote archipelago allows me to bring you exceptional wild herbs, but it has its own set of unique challenges, notably lacking conventional conveniences such as stores and daily shipping in all weather conditions. It also involves weather-dependent travel between islands in a small boat for harvesting and supplies.

For this reason, I ask your patience in receiving your order. Though I will endeavor to ship as soon as possible (and in most cases can ship right away), please allow up to 2 weeks for herbs and seaweeds currently in stock (not PREORDER) to be shipped.

Since Mermaid Botanicals herbs are hand-harvested in small batches and in rhythm with the seasons, some herbs listed are on PREORDER. Please note the herb availability listed on any preorder items you are purchasing. These items will ship out to you in the approximate time frame indicated. (Sign up for my newsletter to receive emails about upcoming herb harvests.)

For LIVE herb shipments, you will be contacted prior to harvest to confirm shipping time frame.

On all orders, once your package ships, an automatic tracking email will be sent to you.
